The Kayak Quickstart workshop is an introduction to the fundamentals of kayaking.

Topics include:

• Equipment for paddling
• Staying safe on the water
• Understanding and avoiding potential hazards
• Fundamental strokes to maneuver your kayak
• Basic rescue demonstration

Sit on top, recreational boats, and sea kayaks are all welcome to participate in this class.
