The Quickstart Kayak workshop is an introduction to the fundamentals of kayaking.
Topics include:
- Equipment for paddling
- Staying safe on the water
- Understanding and avoiding potential hazards
- Fundamental strokes to maneuver your kayak
- Basic rescue demonstration
Sit on top, recreational boats, and sea kayaks are all welcome to participate in this class.
