A few notes about boats and gear. For all instructor programs, we require the following:
- Kayak with a minimum of 14” in length and with sealed bow and stern bulkheads
- Spray skirt
- Personal paddling gear and clothing appropriate for the environment
- Personal paddling skills appropriate for the trip
Please remember that the program cost does not include boat, paddle, and PFD (life vest). All participants must wear a properly fitted PFD when on the water.
